Salmon is a great source of protein plus it contains omega-3 fatty acids. These fats help maintain brain function to protect you from the depression, memory loss or even dementia caused by an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. It also contains iron and getting enough iron helps get you through each day, as the mineral allows your blood cells to supply your tissues with oxygen needed to support your metabolism. This is a great dish to prep up once in awhile. You can’t also have too much salmon cause its high in sodium so limit your intake moderation is the key! 👍

What you need :
light Japanese mayo
Feta cheese < –I get the one that’s soaked in olive oil and mixed with herbs it’s perfect for this dish.
Just lay the salmon on the plate and add everything else on it just like the picture shows. I drizzle It with the herbs and olive oil that comes with the feta cheese.
