Prawns Sautéed with garlic and lemon butter

I know Its been a while since I posted anything about Food and shared a recipe. I have to admit OHhhh!!! how I miss cooking. Today I am sharing something that is extremely easy to make, feel free to pair this dish with pasta, garlic bread, or even garlic rice regardless its a 10 minute meal ~ that’s all it’s takes to prepare and it comes out soooo good you can NOT go wrong making this and you will definitely impress your friends and loved ones with this fantastic dish. feel free to use peeled shrimp if you do not want to use prawns, also if you do decide to mix it with a pasta just add more butter, and garlic ~ and just have fun with it ! You’ll know when the taste is right 😉

for this dish you will need

4 garlic cloves, minced ( its up to you how much garlic you prefer )
1/2 cup chilled butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pounds uncooked large shrimp
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

Melt butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook, tossing occasionally, until pink and opaque, 5 to 7 minutes if your using peeled shrimp, and if your cooking prawns would take 7-10 minutes just check on the color of the shrimp you do not want to over cook them or else it will come out dry.

Toss with lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
